How to Use

Terms of Use

  • The Air Japan Reservation Center only handles Standard fares for one-way trips from Tokyo (Narita) to Singapore or Singapore to Tokyo (Narita).Itineraries including any other segments are not eligible.
  • Standard fares are available for Business Class, Premium Economy, and Economy Class.
  • Reservations are handled exclusively through the Air Japan Reservation Center. (Reservations cannot be made through travel agencies or other channels.)

Booking Procedures

Please call the number below and provide the date, flight number, and fare you wish to use.
Once your reservation is confirmed, please provide your credit card number and expiration date.
We will send you an e-ticket receipt at a later date.
When you receive your e-ticket receipt, it's time to depart. Enjoy a comfortable flight.

Code-Share Service Information

For code-share flights, check-in procedures and in-flight services are provided by the operating airline as shown in the table below.

At the Airport Check-in Please proceed to the ANA (NH) check-in counter for check-in.
Confirming Your Flight Number Your boarding pass will display as an ANA (NH) flight. Airport signage will display NH or NQ.
Lounge Access Business Class passengers may not use ANA (NH) lounges.
Onboard Cabin Crew Air Japan cabin crew will be onboard.
In-flight Service Service standards follow ANA guidelines.
