First, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the loyal customers of Air Japan.

Established in 1990 as an international charter operator for the ANA Group, we changed our name to Air Japan in 2000 and resumed operations as a scheduled international passenger airline. Since then, the airline has continued to expand as an airline based at Narita Airport, operating some of the Asian routes under the ANA brand, and in February 2024, based on the experience of operating under the ANA brand and the knowledge of the ANA Group, it launched AirJapan, the third brand of the ANA Group. The AirJapan brand is a new brand for the ANA Group, based on the ANA Group's experience and knowledge in operating the ANA brand. The AirJapan brand will operate with the same safety and operational standards as the ANA brand, but with a focus on the value that customers really need and a simplified approach to service, providing a uniquely Japanese concept and quality, and offering a new kind of air travel that is neither an FSC (Full-Service Carrier) nor an LCC.

We will gradually expand routes under the AirJapan brand, starting with routes from Narita Airport to Asia, and will also continue to operate under the ANA brand. We will continue to operate both brands daily with the aim of providing our customers with the same high level of safety, operations and service quality that we have provided since our establishment.
